Cost
The cost for the eight days includes course fee, and varies according to the type of accommodation allocated.
A limited number of concession rates are available to full-time students, school teachers, the unemployed and retired. In the interest of clarity and fairness, the concession fee, with the exception of school teachers, is only applicable to anyone who does not earn an income from any work related activity or any sources other than a pension/grant/social security benefit. This means that being over the official retirement age, for example, is not sufficient reason alone to qualify. As these places will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis, those hoping to qualify should book as early as possible. Over the course of the SAT programme of 4 retreats a maximum of 2 retreats at the concession rate will be available to each participant (this condition applies only to participants beginning the SAT programme during and after 2013).
Gaunts House provides a variety of accommodation from single en suite to semi dorm style. Please note that there is limited availability of single en suite rooms and the 4–6 bed or camping options, so you should book early to ensure a place allocation of any of these.
Food is vegetarian by default, but some meat menus can be occasionally catered for in the case of popular demand. The cost of food and accommodation has been set on a sliding scale in the hope of catering to all budgets. These are as follows:

Payment
Deposit
Upon our confirmation, a deposit of £200 will be payable. This can be done through the website using Paypal, (this will incur an extra £7 handling charge).
The balance for the course will be required on arrival at Gaunts House, preferably in cash or by cheque payable to “The Naranjo Institute”. Exceptionally, payments can be received by credit or debit card via the Gaunts House facility. In this case, credit cards will incur a 2% charge. This option must be agreed beforehand with The Naranjo Institute.
Refund Policy
Deposits are refundable, minus a 10% administration fee, up until one month before the start date. After this date, deposits will not be refunded, though the amount may be transferred as a deposit for future events run by the Naranjo Institute.
