Cost
The cost of the eight days is divided into the course fee, payable to the Naranjo Institute, and the cost for food and accommodation. In both cases an attempt has been made to keep the cost accessible.
The full course fee is £480 per person. A limited number of concession fees of £380 are available to full-time students, school teachers, the unemployed and retired. In the interest of clarity and fairness, the concession fee, with the exception of school teachers, is only applicable to anyone who does not earn an income from any work related activity or any sources other than a pension/grant/social security benefit. This means that being over the official retirement age, for example, is not sufficient reason alone to qualify.
Gaunts House provides a variety of accommodation from single en suite to semi dorm style. Please note that there is limited availability of single en suite and single rooms so you should book early to ensure a place allocation of either of these.
Food is vegetarian by default, but some meat menus can be occasionally catered for in the case of popular demand. The cost of food and accommodation has been set on a sliding scale in the hope of catering to all budgets. These are as follows:

Payment
Deposit
Upon our confirmation, a deposit of £150 will be payable. This can be done through the website using Paypal, (this will incur an extra £5 handling charge). Alternatively a cheque can be sent for £150, made payable to “The Naranjo Institute”.

The balance for the course (£330 full fee, or £230 concession fee) will be required on arrival at Gaunts House on the start date, in cash or by cheque payable to “The Naranjo Institute” (no debit or credit cards accepted). Food and accommodation is also payable on arrival. This can be paid in cash, a cheque made out to “RGCF Ltd.”, or by payment card. Debit cards for the Gaunts House payment do not incur a charge, but a credit card will incur a 2% charge.
Refund Policy
Deposits are refundable, minus a 10% administration fee, up until the 17th of August, 2012. After this date, deposits will not be refunded, though £100 may be transferred as a deposit for future events run by the Naranjo Institute.
